Meridian, Idaho--Tribute Media has grown its executive team to add a new leader, promoting Caitlin Zimmerman.
Zimmerman joined the Tribute Media team in 2018 as an Account Manager for Tribute Media clients engaged in website projects and ongoing marketing services. She quickly became qualified as a marketing strategist and HubSpot specialist. She also developed a passion for Client Delight. To ensure all Tribute Media clients have a great experience, she headed up numerous projects and initiatives to improve the way Tribute Media serves clients, including customized client portals and a “client delight budget” to send clients little gifts when they have something exciting to celebrate.
The newly created position of Director of Client Services will allow Zimmerman even more focus on the way in which Tribute Media fulfills, communicates with and services client projects and engagements. It also moves her up to the executive level where she’ll have more opportunity and input in the bigger vision for Tribute Media.
Zimmerman says about this move: “I’m excited to help shape the future of Tribute Media and continue to improve the company. I just want to create an experience for our clients they rave about. When I work with a company, I know I appreciate when they go above and beyond or any special touch. I just want to combine everything wonderful I’ve experienced and throw in some even newer, cooler stuff that no one has even thought of yet, and provide that to our clients.”
Since 2020, Tribute Media has been led by president, Lindsey Bowshier and Director of Operations, Jillian Fra, with ongoing mentorship from founder Corey Smith.
“We didn’t think we’d need to add to our leadership team at our current size, but then, here was Caty. The reality is that she has been showing up as a leader in this company for years; we’re just making it official,” said Tribute Media’s president, Lindsey Bowshier.
